It has been a while since we last saw a new entry in the Silent Hill series. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Silent Hill: It is a horror game that psychologically alters your mind in a horrific manner. The first game was released in 1999 for the original PlayStation. The sequel was released in 2001 for PlayStation 2. The last major entry was Silent Hill 4 in 2004, however, the last entry was Book of Memories in 2012. Konami hosted a new livestream to their official Silent Hill YouTube channel. Konami, and Sony are partnering to bring Silent Hill 2 Remake exclusively to PlayStation 5. The game is being built on Unreal Engine 5, by the talented horror developers at Bloober Team, best known for Medium, and Blair Witch (yes, there was a Blair Witch game.)
